L.E.A.H. stands for Low-income, Energy-efficient, Affordable Home. L.E.A.H was built by non-profit builder, Habitat for Humanity and a large community of volunteers. This home has an energy-efficient design, which requires little to no maintenance and is very economical to own. L.E.A.H is also an environmentally friendly home.

- Take 12th street Exit, go East
- Go East on 12th street, turn right on Washington Blvd.
- Go South on Washington Blvd and turn left on 16th street
- Go East on 16th street for 1 block and turn left on Ogden Avenue
- Go 1 block and turn right
- 450 15th Street will be on your left.
